Applying to Âé¶¹Íø

Âé¶¹Íø welcomes applications from UK and international students with a wide range of qualifications and experience.

The application process can be slightly different depending on the level of study you're seeking, and whether you are a UK or international student. The following sections can help to guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

How to apply for our undergraduate courses: 

  1. Choose a course on the Âé¶¹Íø website and check entry + English language requirements.

  2. Register on UCAS Hub (create an account)

  3. Fill in your UCAS application form:

    • Personal details (name, contact, residency).

    • More about you (any mental health conditions or long-term illnesses, parenting responsibilities, whether you’ve served in the armed forces, etc)

    • Education history (qualifications taken or pending).

    • Employment history (if applicable).

    • Course choice(s) (you can apply to up to 5 universities/courses).

  4. Write your personal statement (why you want the course, skills, achievements, future goals)

  5. Get your reference (usually from a teacher/tutor/employer).

  6. Pay the UCAS fee (single choice or multiple choices).

  7. Submit the UCAS application before the deadline (14 January for equal consideration).

How to apply for our postgraduate courses:

  1. Select your course on the Âé¶¹Íø website and confirm entry + English requirements.

  2. Prepare supporting documents:

    • Degree transcripts and certificates

    • Personal statement

    • CV (if required)

    • References (usually one academic, sometimes one professional)

    • Proof of English language ability (if needed)

  3. Create an account on the Âé¶¹Íø application portal.

  4. Complete the online form:

    • Personal details

    • Education history

    • Employment history (if relevant)

    • Upload documents

  5. Review and submit your application.

  6. Receive confirmation email and applicant portal login to track progress.

How to apply directly as an international student: 

  1. Visit Âé¶¹Íø’s international section and select the course you wish to apply for as an undergraduate or postgraduate student.

  2. Prepare your documents - gather the essentials:

    • Academic transcripts and certificates 

    • Personal statement

    • English language proficiency evidence (e.g., IELTS)
      Portfolio (if required by the course)

    • Copy of your passport

  3. Complete the application - submit via the Âé¶¹Íø Online Portal 

  4. Submit the application and supporting documents - you can still receive a conditional offer even if some documents will follow later.

  5. Application review and offer - Âé¶¹Íø’s Admissions team will assess your application and issue:

    • A conditional offer (pending remaining docs, test results, etc.)

    • Or an unconditional offer, if all requirements are fulfilled
